Office 365 Self-Service Password Reset portal

This portal allows customers to reset their Office 365 password without having to contact support. In order to use this tool you must first pre-register and verify an email account not associated with your business account (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, or any other personal email address) and mobile phone. You are only required to use one for verification during the reset process but we highly recommend setting both up.

To get started just click on the Register button above and enter your credentials. Please note that you will be redirected to a WindowsAzure or MicrosoftOnline site and this is normal.
